Recycling round bubble triple-issue line TDPF-04
The recycled round foam triple-issue line is a production line for the production of recycled foam products. The production line usually includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Waste foam is collected, sorted and cleaned to remove impurities and contaminants, and they are fed into a shredder for crushing into small particles.
Material processing: The crushed recycled material is conveyed to the mixer, and auxiliary materials such as stabilizer, foaming agent and pigment are added and mixed to foam a mixture.
Foam foaming: The mixed material is fed into the foaming machine and turned into foam strips through high temperature heating, pressurization and foam foaming.
Cutting and foaming: The foam strips are sent into the cutting machine for cutting and foaming in fixed length to make square or round foam blocks.
Packing: The cut foam blocks are packed and packaged according to the customer's requirements, and then stored or sold.
Trifecta: The cut foam blocks are sent into the trifecta machine, and the foam blocks are grabbed by the automatic mechanical arm and then sent into the mold for molding to foam round foam products.
The above is the main process flow of the recycled round foam triple-hair line. This production line can significantly improve the production efficiency and production quality, and also help reduce the emission of waste foam, which has high environmental value.
