Overview

This machine adopts a fixed worktable design, with a reciprocating cutting unit and reciprocating baffle plates on the worktable. The foam block is clamped between two baffle plates. The movable cutting unit reciprocates along linear guides. The baffle plates move left and right according to the required cutting width, enabling reciprocating vertical cutting of the foam block. The machine can automatically cut foam into blocks or strips.
