TDP-4LS Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine adopts a moving cutting frame travelling along linear guide rails, with fixed platform baffles to clamp foam blocks. The baffle moves left and right, enabling vertical cutting of foam blocks or strips. It is equipped with servo speed regulation and PLC automatic control system. Operators can set cutting width and speed on the control panel, and control the reciprocating movement of the cutter frame. This machine features high automation, precise cutting, safe operation, labor and time saving, no manual guarding required. Foam blocks are clamped between two baffles, the movable cutting blade frame reciprocates on linear guides. According to required cutting width, the baffle moves left & right, and automatically cuts foam blocks and strips. Servo high-speed PLC automatic control system automatically adjusts cutting width and speed, controls the forward and backward movement of band knife frame, and stops via control panel. It delivers high automation, precise cutting, safe operation and labor-saving performance.
