TDSA-2150 Soft Belt Conveyor Horizontal Foam Splitting Machine (With Vacuum Suction) is designed to slice large foam blocks into uniform thin sheets. This machine adopts fully automatic digital control. Operators set target thickness on the touch screen, then the worktable reciprocates automatically to get foam slices of required size. The band knife cutting angle can be adjusted between 0° and 5°. An optional pressure roller is available to avoid foam shifting when cutting thick foam. Featuring a soft belt feeding structure, it can be seamlessly linked with other foam cutting equipment to build automatic processing lines.
