Product Introduction

The TDPF-04 Rebonded Cylinder Foam Triple Foaming Work Line is designed for waste utilization of PU sponge, rubber, PE, EVA, EPE and other foam materials. The machine crushes waste sponge, PE, EVA, EPE edges, adds binder and mixes evenly, then presses and molds. Steam or natural drying bonds the crushed material into cylinder foam. The cylinder foam can then be cut into infinite long sheets by a cylinder peeling machine, laminated with PE film or fabric. This production line is widely used for carpet underlay padding, floor mats and shoe materials, achieving high recycling value for waste foam.
