Product Overview

The TDPB-A Rebond Cubic Foam Foaming Machine produces foam products with uniform density, breaking through the disadvantages of previous rebond foaming machines where the density difference between upper and lower parts is large. Its best feature is that one tank can produce multiple sizes without changing the mold. This machine mainly crushes foam, rubber, EVA, EPE and other crushed raw materials, adds binder and mixes, then press-forms, steam-molds or naturally solidifies. The produced products, after cutting and processing, can be used for fitness equipment, gymnasium mats, cattle mattresses, automobile interiors, shoe mats, decorating and other industries — versatile and cost-saving.
