The TDP Sponge Angle Cutting Machine is specially developed for bevel slope cutting of foam materials. It cuts PU sponge and various rubber-plastic sheets into angled bevel edges within a 45° to 90° range. The sturdy welded frame reduces vibration during cutting, guaranteeing neat and smooth cutting surfaces. Operators can quickly adjust the cutting angle according to production requirements. It is a common processing machine for furniture cushions and textile special foam parts, suitable for small and medium sponge factories.
