Product Overview

The TDA-3L is a vertical band knife cutting machine designed for slitting PU foam buns and sponge blocks into sheets, strips and profiling blanks. It also handles EVA, PE foam, EPE pearl cotton and cardboard. Two worktable sizes are available — standard and oversize — to match different block widths.

• 1250 mm cutting height — accepts full foam buns in one pass, avoiding re-clamping and secondary handling.
• 6900 mm band knife — alloy steel blade runs on hardened guide wheels for a straight kerf and clean sheet surface; a 7600 mm blade is available for the oversize table.
• Two worktable options — standard inner table 1320 x 2500 mm or oversize 1650 x 2500 mm, both with roller feeding for long blocks.
• 1.68 kW drive — low power consumption with stable cutting force on PU sponge, EVA and EPE.
• Compact footprint — 4000 x 4000 x 2500 mm overall for the standard model, easy to fit into an existing foam production line.

• Mattress and furniture: slitting PU foam buns into topper sheets, cushion layers and backrest blanks.
• Packaging: cutting EPE pearl cotton and EVA into protective sheets and corner pads.
