Product Overview

The TDPA-2300 peels PU cylindrical foam rolls into thin continuous sheets using CNC touch screen control. Thickness is entered as a number on the screen, so no gear change or cutter replacement is needed between jobs. Compared with traditional peeling cutters, the machine holds a ±0.08 mm tolerance on 1–3 mm slices, runs up to 130 m/min without cutting marks, and keeps faults low during long production runs.
