TDP-2650 Continuous Foaming Production Line for PU Foam Blocks

Product Introduction

The TDP-2650 is a horizontal continuous foaming production line that turns raw chemicals into PU foam blocks in densities of 8–120 kg/m³. Its side panels adjust from 930 mm to 2300 mm and foaming height from 0.4 mm to 1250 mm, so a single line covers block sizes that would otherwise need several machines. A 25 m conveyor working with an 18 m oven rack delivers 8000–15000 kg/h of cured foam blocks for furniture, mattress, automotive and packaging production.

• 8000–15000 kg/h continuous output — a 37 kW mixing motor and 130 kW total power keep block production running without batch interruptions.
• 930–2300 mm adjustable side panels — block width is set on the scale; no panel replacement between orders.
• 0.4–1250 mm foaming height — runs thin sheet blocks and full height buns on the same line.
