The TDPA-2300 removes the gear set from sponge peeling. Sheet thickness from 1 mm to 30 mm is typed on the CNC touch screen, the peeling head runs at 0-130 m/min, and the machine holds ±0.08 mm on 1-3 mm sheet. It peels rolls and blocks from 20 mm to 1500 mm diameter and up to 3000 mm wide, on an 8.69 kW drive with a 2000 kg machine and a 5000*2500*2000 mm footprint.
This is the specification that matters to a plant running mixed orders. When each change of thickness needs a gear, a gauge block and a trial cut, small batches carry a setup cost that eats the margin. With the TDPA-2300 the change is a number on a screen, so a 200 sheet order of one size and a 50 sheet order of another can run in the same shift without a mechanical rebuild.

1-30 mm typed on the screen. No gear set, no gauge block, no trial cut before the batch.
Change size between rolls without calling a fitter, which is what small and mid-volume orders need.
The value you entered is the value that runs, so the second batch of a size matches the first.

A changeover is one screen entry, one chucking step and one measured test sheet. That is the whole cost of moving between sizes, which is why a plant with mixed orders can hold short runs on one machine.
A mechanical peeling machine sets thickness through a gear or a gauge block. Every size change means a swap, a trial cut and usually a strip of scrap foam before the sheet is right. On a long run that cost disappears into the batch. On a 50 sheet order it is a visible share of the price.
The second cost is consistency. A gear set can be re-fitted slightly differently, so a repeat order can come back 0.1 mm off a previous batch even though nothing was changed on purpose. A numeric setting removes that variable: the value in the machine log is the value that ran.
The third cost is skill. A gear change is a task for an experienced fitter, which means the machine waits when that person is not on shift. A touch screen setting can be made by the operator who is already running the machine, and the batch does not queue behind a maintenance call.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet thicker at one end | Roll not centred on the chuck | Re-chuck and check the roll run-out before the pass |
| Thickness drifts during a roll | Knife dulling or guide play | Check the edge, reset the guide clearance |
| Torn or chattered cut face | Feed speed too high for the foam grade | Lower the speed setting for soft or low-density foam |
| Visible marks on the sheet | Blade vibration or loose band tension | Retension the blade, check the drive pulley |
| Sheets stick and tear on take-off | Static and foam dust on the table | Clean the table, check dust extraction |
| Machine alarms at start | Thickness set outside the 1-30 mm window | Re-enter the value inside the working range |
Most thickness complaints come from the first metre of a roll. Check that metre before running the rest of the batch, and one rejected sheet replaces half a shift of scrap.
The machine is controlled from one screen, so the operator has to be trained on the two things that matter: the thickness value and the roll condition. A correct setting on a roll that is not square still produces a wavy first metre, and the operator is the only person who can catch that before the batch runs.
Keep a batch log per order: foam grade, density, roll diameter, thickness setting, speed, blade hours and the measurement from the first sheet. When a repeat order comes in, the log reproduces the run instead of guessing at a setting that worked last month.

A machine with a numeric setting still depends on a sharp blade and a correctly set guide. Check the edge every shift, re-set the guide with a gauge after each blade change, and keep the touch screen and cabinet clear of foam dust so the setting you entered is the setting that runs.
The wear parts are the blade, the guide and the drive pulley, all of which are shipped as spares with the machine. Everything else is routine: lubrication, cabinet dust and a monthly thickness check against a gauge on a test roll.

The machine is packed in an export plywood case with the head blocked, the screen protected and blades boxed separately. At 5000*2500*2000 mm and 2000 kg, confirm the container plan and the door width at the receiving site before booking freight.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by L/C or T/T, minimum order one set. Installation guidance and remote commissioning support are included, and spare blades, guides and belts can ship with the machine.

A: One entry on the touch screen, one chucking step and one measured test sheet. No gear set and no fitter are needed.
A: 1 mm to 30 mm, set numerically, with ±0.08 mm tolerance on 1-3 mm sheet.
A: Yes, that is the point of the digital setting. Short runs of different thicknesses can follow each other in the same shift.
A: Yes, the recorded setting reproduces the same sheet, provided the guide and blade are maintained.
A: 0-130 m/min on an 8.69 kW drive, machine weight 2000 kg, minimum order quantity one set.
Tell us the foam type, roll or block size, target sheet thickness and expected output per shift. We will confirm the TDPA-2300 configuration, quote the machine and share the delivery schedule. Spare blades, guides and remote commissioning support are available with every order.
