The TDB-2200 slices full mattress-size blocks: 3000*2200*1250 mm in the cutting area, 0.5 mm to 70 mm in thickness, on a 23 kW drive and a 6000 kg frame. Sheet thickness tolerance is ±0.05 mm on 0.5-2 mm sheet. Overall machine size is 8300*6200*2500 mm and the machine is CE certified.
The point of a wide slicer is that the block goes on once. A plant buying 1250 mm high blocks wants the whole block cut in one set-up, with the sheet taken off the same face until the block is finished. That means the table has to take the load, the head has to hold its line over 2200 mm, and the take-off side has to be clear enough to keep the sheets moving.

Full mattress-size blocks are loaded whole, with no cutting down to fit the machine.
Tall blocks are sliced in one set-up instead of two passes.
Thin comfort sheet through to thick padding from the same block.

Handling sets the output on a machine this size. The cut is fast; the time goes into loading a 1250 mm block, clearing sheets and keeping the table clean between blocks.
A wide slicer earns its cost in handling. If a block has to be cut down to fit the machine, the plant pays for that cut twice: once in labour and once in the foam lost at the saw line. A 3000*2200*1250 mm table removes that step for full mattress-size blocks.
Block height matters the same way. A 1250 mm block sliced at 10 mm yields well over a hundred sheets from one set-up. If the machine only took a shorter block, the same output would need two loads and two set-ups, and every set-up is a chance to lose the square face.
The constraint moves to the take-off side. A 2200 mm wide sheet needs a table and a stack route as wide as the machine. Plants that plan for that get the throughput the drive can deliver; plants that do not end up folding sheet at the machine and losing the edge sheets to creases.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet thickness varies across the width | Block not square to the feed line | Trim the block, re-set it against the fence and re-check the first sheet |
| Wavy or rippled sheet edge | Blade dulling or low blade tension | Check the edge, re-tension or change the blade |
| Blade marks on the cut face | Feed speed too high for the foam grade | Reduce the feed rate for soft or low-density foam |
| Sheet tears at the thin end of the range | 0.5-2 mm cut taken at high feed speed | Slow the feed for thin sheet and check the blade edge |
| Block creeps during the pass | Block not aligned or not held against the table | Re-position the block and confirm it is seated before starting |
| Thickness drifts along a long block | Guide wear or thermal movement in the frame | Check guide clearance and cut a test sheet at the end of the block |
Most sheet complaints trace back to the first slice of a block, not to the machine. Cut one test sheet, measure it at both edges and the middle, and the correction costs one slice instead of a full shift of scrap.
The machine is 8300*6200*2500 mm and 6000 kg, so the layout decision comes before the machine arrives. Allow space for a lift or roller table on the loading side, and a clear 2200 mm route on the take-off side with pallets at table height.
Blocks at 1250 mm should be moved with a lift or a roller table, never tipped onto the machine. A dropped block loses its square face, and the first sheets off it will run tapered until the face is trimmed.

On a wide machine the blade and the guide carry the tolerance. Check the edge every shift, keep the guide clear, and re-set it with a gauge after every blade change. A guide set by feel will hold at the near edge and drift at the far edge, which is exactly where a 2200 mm sheet gets rejected.
The feed and drive need routine checks rather than repair. Listen for a change in tone during a pass: on a machine this heavy, a new noise usually means a bearing or a belt, and it is cheaper to catch it between blocks than mid-block.

The machine ships in an export plywood case with the head blocked and the table protected. At 8300*6200*2500 mm and 6000 kg the loading plan needs to be agreed before the freight booking, and the door width at the destination should be checked against the machine width.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Spare blades, guide parts and remote commissioning support can ship with the machine so the first year does not depend on air freight.
