The C818A is built for long material. Cutting length is 59-65 m, so a foam line or a long block runs through the machine without a break, and the endless loop blade keeps cutting at 60-130 m/min. Sheet thickness runs 0.6-170 mm with ±0.1 mm precision on 0.6-5 mm sheet, cutting height is 1300 mm, width is 1100-2300 mm, the main drive is 131 kW and the machine weighs 60 T.
Continuous work is a different problem from single-block work. The blade is in the material for minutes at a time, so heat, tension and joint condition all matter more than they do on a short pass. The C818A runs a loop blade with a tension unit and a guided cut, which is what lets it hold thickness over a 59-65 m run instead of drifting in the middle.

Long blocks and foam lines run end to end without re-clamping.
Speed is set per foam grade, held constant through the run.
No blade entry or exit mark, so the sheet face stays clean through a long pass.

On a long run, the checks that matter are the ones you make while the machine is cutting: sheet edge, thickness at intervals, and blade sound. Catching a drift at five metres costs one sheet; catching it at fifty costs the run.
Over a long pass, thickness drift usually comes from three things: blade tension, blade heat and guide wear. Tension changes as the loop warms, heat changes the joint, and guide wear lets the blade wander slightly. None of them produce an obvious fault, which is why the sheet is measured at intervals rather than only at the start.
The second factor is the material itself. Foam density varies across a long block, and a block that has been stored on a cold floor cuts differently at the bottom than at the top. Setting the speed for the grade, not for the first metre, keeps the thickness consistent through the run.
The third factor is the take-off. On a 59-65 m run the operator has to keep up with the sheet; if the take-off stops, the cut has to stop, and a stopped blade in foam leaves a witness line. Plan the stacking so the pass is not interrupted.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Thickness drifts along the cut | Blade tension or loop stretch | Check tension and re-set the guide before the next block |
| Chatter marks on the sheet | Worn blade joint or guide play | Inspect the joint, reset guide clearance |
| Wavy sheet edge | Feed speed too high for the foam grade | Reduce speed inside the 60-130 m/min range |
| Bottom corner not cut through | Block height above the head travel | Check block height against the 1300 mm cutting height |
| Blade stalls or breaks | Foam density above 50 kg/m3 or debris in the cut | Check the foam grade and clear debris from the guide |
| Sheet width varies | Block not aligned to the blade line | Re-align the block against the fence before starting |
Loop blade faults show up early. Check the first sheet of each block at both edges and the middle, and one rejected sheet replaces half a shift of scrap.
Continuous work needs a layout that lets the material feed in and the sheet leave without a fold. Allow clear space on the feed side for the block or line, and on the take-off side enough room for the sheet to stack flat for the length of the run.
The machine is 60 T, so the floor and foundation are part of the installation. Vibration from another machine on the same slab will show in the sheet on a long run more than on a short one.

Long runs put more hours on the blade per shift than single-block work, so check the edge and the joint more often. A loop blade that has run for hours at high speed should be checked for joint wear before the next batch, not after it fails in the cut.
The tension unit and the guide are the two adjustments that hold thickness through a run. Log the tension setting and the guide clearance, and re-check both after any blade change so a repeat run starts from a known condition.

The machine ships in export packing with the head blocked and the frame braced. At 60 T, agree the heavy-lift plan and the container or flat-rack booking before the shipment date, and confirm access at the receiving site.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Spare loop blades, guide parts and remote commissioning support can ship with the machine.
