The TDPO-2.2 is a CNC contour cutter with a revolving loop blade. The blade turns ±360° in the cut, so a profile can be followed in any direction without lifting the blade, and the minimum cutting radius is 10 mm. Cutting size is 6000*2100 mm, cutting height is 1300 mm, blade speed runs 0-70 m/min, precision is ±0.5 mm, total motor power is 8.5 kW and the machine weighs 3.5 t.
Latex and memory foam are the grades that punish a blunt or badly guided blade. Both are soft enough to compress ahead of the edge, and memory foam shows every mark. A 10 mm minimum radius with a micro tooth loop blade lets the machine cut tight curves in these grades without tearing the surface, which is what separates a sellable pillow or topper profile from scrap.
Tight curves in pillows, toppers and inserts are cut without a second operation.
The blade turns in the cut, so the profile direction changes without a blade lift.
Holds the profile size on soft latex and memory foam, where compression matters.
On soft foam the first part of the nest is the sample. If the radius is right and the face is clean, the rest of the nest will follow; if not, the blade or the speed is the place to look, not the drawing.
Latex and memory foam do not behave like rigid PU. The blade compresses the cell structure slightly before it separates, and when the foam relaxes the cut face can open or close by a fraction of a millimetre. That is why the ±0.5 mm figure is a real tolerance on these grades and not a plate number.
Blade speed is the main control. Running too fast on visco foam heats the surface and leaves a glazed edge; running too slow lets the blade dwell and tear the cells. A range of 0-70 m/min exists so the operator can match the grade rather than accept one fixed speed.
Radius is the other control. A 10 mm radius needs a narrow blade with fine teeth; a wider blade simply cannot turn that tightly without leaving a rounded corner or a mark. That is why the micro tooth loop blade is specified with the machine rather than bought later.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Profile drifts from the drawing | Blade tension dropped or guide worn | Re-tension the blade, check guide clearance, re-cut a test piece |
| Corner radius comes out oversized | Blade too wide for the radius or speed too high | Fit the micro tooth loop blade and reduce the blade speed |
| Torn edges on soft foam | Blade speed mismatched to the foam grade | Adjust blade speed inside 0-70 m/min for latex and memory foam |
| Profile not square through the height | Block not square on the table | Square the block before loading and check table alignment |
| Program stops mid-cut | Nesting file error or limit switch tripped | Check the file and the limit switch, then re-run from the last point |
| Blade breaks | Overtension or metal debris inside the foam | Check tension and inspect the block before cutting |
Contour faults are usually visible on the first part off the table. Cut one test profile before running the nest, and a wrong radius costs one part instead of a batch.
The table is 6000*2100 mm, so a nest can carry several parts. Plan the nest so the blade does not cross a previously cut area, and leave enough margin that the block stays stable while it is being cut down.
Soft foam blocks lose rigidity as they are cut. Support the block with a flat pallet and do not lean into the cut zone to reposition a part while the blade is moving.
The loop blade and its guide decide whether a 10 mm radius comes out at 10 mm. Check the blade edge at the start of each shift, keep the guide clear of foam dust, and replace the blade when the radius starts opening up on the first part of a nest.
On soft foam, dust builds quickly. Clean the table and the blade guide after each block, because a film of visco foam dust changes the way the blade tracks through the cut.
The machine ships in export packing with the cutting head blocked and the table protected. At 3.5 t and a 6000*2100 mm table, plan the container loading and the access at the destination before the shipment date.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Installation guidance, nesting software support and spare loop blades ship with the machine.
