The TDA-2000 feeds foam at 0-25 m/min through a 9400 mm band blade, with the profiling roller running 0-15 r/min. Profile width is 2000 mm, profiling depth is up to 30 mm, motor power is 9.94 kW, the machine weighs 3800 kg and it is CE certified.
Output on a profiling machine is set by two independent speeds. The roller decides how the pattern repeats along the sheet, and the cutting speed decides how fast the sheet moves through the blade. Getting both right is what separates a steady production run from a machine that is either burning through blades or producing shallow waves.

Sheet speed is set for the foam grade and the depth being cut.
Pattern pitch is controlled at the roller independently of the cut.
Full topper and cushion widths run in one pass.

Run the lowest cutting speed that gives a clean crest. Higher speed is only worth it when the blade and the foam grade allow it, and on soft foam the crest rounds off before the machine reaches its maximum.
Cutting speed and roller speed do different jobs, and confusing them is the usual reason a wave profile comes out wrong. The roller compresses and feeds the foam into the blade; its speed sets the pitch of the pattern. The cutting speed sets how quickly the sheet travels through the blade.
Set the roller first, because the pattern is a shape decision. Then set the cutting speed, which is a quality decision: too fast and the crest tears on soft foam, too slow and the blade dwells and the cut face glazes. On a 30 mm wave the right cutting speed is usually well below the maximum.
Once both are set, the value of the machine is repeatability. A 9400 mm blade with a 9.94 kW drive holds speed through a full 2000 mm cut, so sheet one and sheet five hundred come out the same, and that is what a production order actually buys.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Wave depth uneven across the width | Roller pressure uneven or foam sheet thickness varies | Level the roller pressure and check sheet thickness before the run |
| Wave pattern flattened | Roller pressure too low for the foam grade | Increase roller pressure and reduce cutting speed inside 0-25 m/min |
| Torn peaks on soft foam | Cutting speed too high for the grade | Lower the cutting speed and check the blade edge |
| Pattern shifts along the sheet | Feed slip at the roller | Clean the roller, check the drive and re-feed the sheet |
| Blade cuts out of line | Blade tension or guide wear | Re-tension the blade, check guide clearance, cut a test sheet |
| Depth fades at the sheet edges | Foam sheet crowned or roller not parallel | Flatten the sheet and set the roller parallel to the table |
Wave faults almost always come from roller pressure or sheet thickness, not from the blade. Run a short test sheet and measure the depth at three points across the width before the production run.
A profiling machine works best with a straight infeed. If the sheet is fed at an angle, the wave runs off the edge and the sheet is scrap regardless of the settings. Plan the floor so a 2000 mm sheet can be fed without twisting.
The roller pulls material in. Keep the infeed area clear and never steady a sheet by hand in front of the roller while the machine is running.

Dust on the roller is the most common cause of a pattern that drifts during a run. Clean the roller between sheets and the feed stays constant without touching the settings.
Check the blade edge and tension on the same schedule. A blade that is starting to dull forces the operator to slow the cutting speed, and output drops before anyone notices why.

The machine ships in export packing with the head blocked and the roller protected. At 3800 kg, confirm the container plan and the receiving access before the shipment date.
