The TDP-S-1/2 is a compact foam crusher built on a 1500*500 mm footprint and weighing 700 kg. It shreds PU and sponge offcuts to 2-30 mm at 150 kg/h, runs on a 15 kW motor and discharges crumb by air conveying blower. It is CE certified.
A recycling machine only earns its place if it fits the plant. At 700 kg and 1.5 m of floor, this one can stand beside the cutting line, which means offcuts go into the hopper as they are produced instead of being bagged, stored and eventually thrown away.
Fits beside a cutting line instead of needing a separate waste room.
Standard workshop floor, no special foundation.
Matches the offcut rate of a working cutting line.
The routine matters more than the machine. A shredder that is emptied and checked on a fixed schedule gets used; one that depends on someone remembering gets bypassed in a busy week.
Most recycling equipment in a small plant fails for a practical reason: it is in the wrong place. A shredder in a separate waste room needs the offcuts carried to it, and carrying is the step that stops happening when production is busy.
A 700 kg machine on a 1500*500 mm footprint can stand beside the cutting table. Offcuts go straight from the cutter into the hopper, the crumb is blown into a bag, and the whole operation adds a few seconds to a task the operator is already doing.
The capacity matches that use. At 150 kg/h the machine keeps up with a single cutting line rather than a whole factory, which is the right size for the place it stands.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Crumb comes out coarser than specified | Sieve mesh worn or wrong mesh fitted | Replace the sieve with the mesh for the target size |
| Output drops below 150 kg/h | Blades dull or sieve blinded with dust | Sharpen or rotate the blades, clean the sieve |
| Discharge pipe blocks | Blower airflow low or pipe bend too tight | Clear the pipe, check the blower and smooth the bend |
| Machine vibrates and gets noisy | Rotor imbalance or worn bearings | Stop the machine, check rotor and bearings |
| Motor overloads and trips | Offcuts fed in too fast or too large | Feed evenly and pre-cut oversized offcuts |
| Dust escapes around the hopper | Hopper seal worn or bag filter full | Replace the seal, empty or replace the filter |
Shredder faults are usually about what goes in, not what comes out. Feed offcuts evenly, keep the sieve clear, and check the blades on a schedule rather than waiting for output to drop.
Leave clearance at the hopper for feeding and at the discharge for bag changes. A machine squeezed into a corner cannot be fed evenly and will not be used.
Isolate the machine before clearing a jam or changing the sieve. The rotor keeps turning after the power is cut, so wait for it to stop.
A compact machine is easy to service, which is an advantage only if the schedule is kept. Check the sieve every shift and the blades weekly, and the machine will hold its output for years rather than months.
Keep the area around the hopper clear. Crumb on the floor around a small machine is the first sign that the discharge bag is being changed too late.
The machine ships as a compact unit in export packing. At 700 kg and a 1500*500*800 mm footprint, it can be moved into place with a pallet truck and does not need a foundation.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Spare blades and sieve meshes ship with the machine.
A: A 1500*500 mm footprint, plus clearance for feeding and bag changes.
A: 700 kg, so a normal workshop floor is enough.
A: 150 kg/h on a 15 kW motor.
A: 2-30 mm, set by the sieve mesh.
A: 45 working days after downpayment, T/T or L/C, minimum order one set.
Tell us the foam type, block or roll size, target sheet thickness and expected output per shift. We will confirm the machine configuration, quote it and share the delivery schedule. Spare blades, guide parts and remote commissioning support are available with every order.
