15 t Frame Rebond Block Foaming Machine with 33.5 kW Motor and 4 blocks/h Output
C619 Rebond Block Foaming Machine on a 15 Ton Frame

The C619 is a 15 t rebond block foaming machine with a 33.5 kW mixing drive and a 15 m³ mixing tank. Output is 4 blocks per hour, density is held within ±5 kg/m³ up to 120 kg/m³, the foaming tank is supplied in two customized dimensions and the machine is CE certified.

A rebond line runs three shifts with a binder that never fully stops curing. The load on the frame is constant, and the parts that fail first on a light machine are the ones that decide density: the mixer mounting, the tank structure and the mould station alignment.

Installing and Running a Heavy Rebond Line
  1. Check the floor. A 15 t machine under continuous load needs a level, load-rated floor.
  2. Set the tanks. Level the mixing tank and the foaming tank in line with the mould station.
  3. Commission the mixer. Run the 33.5 kW drive empty, then with a full batch, and check mounting bolts.
  4. Set the recipe. Charge granule and binder by weight for the density ordered.
  5. Run the shift. Overlap mixing with curing and log the block weights.
  6. Re-torque after a week. Check the mounting bolts once the line has run under load.

Re-torque the mounting bolts after the first week of running. A heavy frame settles into its foundation, and the first week is when a loose bolt turns into a density problem.

Why Weight Matters on a Rebond Line

A rebond mixer works against a dense, heavy mass of granule and binder. At 15 m³ a batch is not a light load, and the drive has to move that mass every cycle. The reaction goes into the frame, the mixer mounting and the tank structure.

On a light frame the mounting moves by fractions of a millimetre over months. That movement changes the mixing pattern, the binder distribution changes with it, and the block density starts to vary in a way that is hard to trace back to the machine.

The 15 t frame is the reason the machine can hold ±5 kg/m³ across three shifts. It is not a marketing number: it is what keeps the geometry of the mixing and foaming stages constant while the line runs.

  • Load path: the batch mass reacts into the frame every cycle.
  • Geometry drift: light frames move, and density follows the movement.
  • Re-torque after week one: the frame settles, the bolts need one check.
Check the foundation and the mounting bolts after the first week. Most density drift on a new line starts as a loose bolt.

Core Advantages
  • Heavy frame: 15 t of structure keeps the mixer mounting and tank alignment under continuous load.
  • 33.5 kW mixing drive: speed held through a full batch of granule and binder.
  • 15 m³ tank: batch size matched to 4 blocks per hour.
  • Density within ±5 kg/m³: stable machine, stable block weight.
  • Two foaming tank options: block size set at order intake.
  • Three-shift construction: built for continuous running, not occasional batches.
  • CE certified: export-ready guarding and electrics.
Primary Applications
  • Continuous rebond lines: three-shift block production.
  • Gym mat plants: heavy duty block output.
  • Carpet underlay: continuous block supply.
  • Cushioning production: blocks for upholstery converting.
  • Packaging block plants: steady volume output.
  • Foam recycling plants: granule to block conversion at scale.

Rebond Foaming Faults and Their Causes
Symptom Likely cause Action
Block density varies from top to bottom Mixing time too short or binder unevenly distributed Extend mixing time and check binder dosing
Block cracks while curing Steam or cure time too short for the density Increase cure time and check steam pressure
Density above the target Weighing error on granule or binder Calibrate the scale and re-check the batch recipe
Output drops below 4 blocks/h Tank changeover or mould handling is slow Plan the mould sequence and shorten changeover
Block rebounds poorly Binder ratio low for the granule size Raise the binder ratio and test a block
Discharge blocked Granule build-up in the tank outlet Clean the outlet and check granule moisture

Rebond density problems are almost always dosing or mixing time. Weigh the granule and the binder, mix long enough for the batch size, and check one block from each shift rather than one block per week.

Operation, Safety and Installation

Plan the installation with lifting equipment rated for the individual assemblies, not the total weight. The tanks and the frame are moved separately and each has its own lifting points.

During running, keep clear of the mould station and the tank outlets. Binder and hot block handling are the two places where a heavy line becomes a safety issue rather than a production one.

  • Installation: level load-rated floor, rated lifting gear per assembly.
  • Bolts: re-torque after the first week, then on the maintenance schedule.
  • Guarding: mould station and tank outlet guards in place.
  • Ventilation: dosing and mixing area ventilated per the binder data sheet.

Blade Care and Daily Maintenance

On a 15 t machine the frame itself needs almost nothing, which is the point. The maintenance that matters is on the mounting bolts, the mixer drive coupling and the tank outlets.

Check the coupling and the mounting monthly, and the bolts again after any change in batch size. A line that moves from 80 kg/m³ to 120 kg/m³ orders is running a heavier batch, and the frame sees it.

  • Every shift: outlets clear, block weights logged.
  • Weekly: mixer coupling, binder pump, seals.
  • Monthly: mounting bolts, drive current, scale calibration.
  • After a batch change: check bolts and coupling when density range changes.

Packaging and Delivery

The line ships in export packing in major assemblies. At 15 t, confirm the crane or forklift capacity at both ends, the container loading sequence and the floor loading at the destination before shipment.

Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Installation guidance and commissioning support ship with the machine.
