The TDP-S-1/2 shreds sponge and PU offcuts to 2-30 mm and blows the crumb out through an air conveying blower instead of a manual chute. Output is 150 kg/h on a 15 kW motor, the machine weighs 700 kg and it fits a 1500*500 mm footprint. It is CE certified.
A shredder that drops crumb into a tray needs someone to empty the tray. A shredder that blows it into a bag runs unattended, and that is the difference between a machine that gets used and one that gets switched off when the plant is busy.

Crumb is blown into a bag or bin, so the machine runs without an operator at the outlet.
Keeps pace with the offcut rate of a working cutting line.
One machine covers stuffing grade and bonding grade crumb.

Keep the discharge run short and the bends gentle. A long pipe with tight bends is the usual reason a blower discharge starts blocking after a few weeks of running.
Shredding is only half the job; getting the crumb away from the machine is the other half. A chute discharge drops material directly under the machine, where it has to be shovelled into bags. In a busy plant that task is the first one dropped, and the shredder stops being used.
Air conveying moves the crumb to where it is needed: a bag at the end of a pipe, a bin beside the filling station, or a collection point away from the cutting area. The machine keeps running while the bag is changed, which is what makes line-side recycling practical.
It also keeps the working area cleaner. Loose crumb around a cutting line ends up in the product, and a discharge that is enclosed until the bag is a real quality benefit as well as a housekeeping one.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Crumb comes out coarser than specified | Sieve mesh worn or wrong mesh fitted | Replace the sieve with the mesh for the target size |
| Output drops below 150 kg/h | Blades dull or sieve blinded with dust | Sharpen or rotate the blades, clean the sieve |
| Discharge pipe blocks | Blower airflow low or pipe bend too tight | Clear the pipe, check the blower and smooth the bend |
| Machine vibrates and gets noisy | Rotor imbalance or worn bearings | Stop the machine, check rotor and bearings |
| Motor overloads and trips | Offcuts fed in too fast or too large | Feed evenly and pre-cut oversized offcuts |
| Dust escapes around the hopper | Hopper seal worn or bag filter full | Replace the seal, empty or replace the filter |
Shredder faults are usually about what goes in, not what comes out. Feed offcuts evenly, keep the sieve clear, and check the blades on a schedule rather than waiting for output to drop.
The blower discharge line is a duct, not a handhold. Never put anything into the pipe while the machine is running, and isolate the machine before clearing a blockage.
Keep the hopper area clear of loose crumb and offcuts. A pile around the hopper is a slip hazard and, more often, the reason material gets fed in unevenly and the motor trips.

Keep the blower intake and the discharge pipe clear. This is the item that decides whether the machine runs unattended, and it takes a minute to check at the start of a shift.
Inspect the blades and sieve on the same walk-round. A sieve that is half blinded raises the load on the rotor and shows up first as a slower discharge, not as a noise.

The machine ships with the discharge blower and the pipe connections packed separately. At 700 kg and a 1500*500*800 mm footprint, it can be installed beside the cutting line rather than in a separate waste room.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Spare blades and sieve meshes ship with the machine.
