The TDB-01 is a vertical hydraulic baler with an 800 mm maximum stroke. It packs waste sponge into bales up to 900*700*1000 mm on a 7.5 kW motor, weighs 2500 kg and stands 3000 mm tall on a 1300*1120 mm footprint. It is CE certified.
A stroke that is too short leaves the chamber half compressed. The bale comes out light, the ties loosen in transit, and the baler has not done the one job it was bought for. An 800 mm stroke is what lets a full chamber of foam compress into a single tight bale.

A full loaded chamber compresses into one tight bale, not a half-pressed pack.
A bale size that loads and stacks predictably.
Pressure held through the stroke on a standard workshop supply.

Bale weight is set by how full the chamber is, not by how long the press runs. A half-filled chamber pressed to full stroke gives a light bale that looks the same size and ships for the same cost.
Compression is a ratio question. A chamber filled with loose foam and pressed only part way produces a bale that is still mostly air; pressed to full stroke it produces a bale that behaves like a solid block. The difference shows up in the container, not in the workshop.
Bale weight is the number that pays for the machine. Two bales of the same size but different weight cost the same to ship, and only one of them is economical. Keeping the chamber loading consistent is what keeps the weight consistent.
The hydraulic system is sized for this: a 7.5 kW drive holding pressure through 800 mm of travel on a 2500 kg frame. Running a shorter stroke to save time gives up exactly the compression that was being paid for.

| Symptom | Likely cause | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Bale comes out loose | Hydraulic pressure low or oil temperature high | Check pressure setting and oil temperature, top up the oil |
| Press plate stops short of the stroke | Limit switch set wrong or cylinder seal leaking | Reset the limit switch, check the cylinder seal |
| Pressure drops while holding | Worn seals in the valve block or cylinder | Replace the seals and re-test the hold pressure |
| Press plate rises unevenly | Air in the hydraulic circuit | Bleed the circuit and check the oil level |
| Motor overheats on long runs | Too many cycles without a cooling break | Space the cycles and check the oil cooler |
| Bale ties come loose in the bale | Insufficient compression before tying | Compress to full stroke before tying the bale |
Baler faults are hydraulic before they are mechanical. Check oil level, oil temperature and pressure first, because a loose bale or a short stroke is usually pressure and not the frame.
The press chamber is the danger zone. Load, close and press in that order, and never reach in to rearrange foam while the plate is moving or holding.
Keep the loading area clear of loose offcuts. A pile at the chamber mouth is how oversized pieces get forced in, and forced loading is what jams a baler.

Check the pressure gauge against the specification at the start of each shift. A gauge that reads low is the earliest sign of a seal or pump problem, and it shows up as a light bale before it shows up as a leak.
Inspect the door lock and the chamber guides weekly. A door that does not lock square produces a bale that is tapered, and a tapered bale does not stack.

The baler ships as one unit at 2500 kg. Confirm forklift capacity and door height against the 3000 mm overall height before delivery is booked.
Delivery is 45 working days after downpayment, payment by T/T or L/C, minimum order one set. Commissioning guidance and a spare seal kit ship with the machine.

A: 800 mm, enough to compress a full chamber into one bale.
A: Up to 900*700*1000 mm.
A: 7.5 kW drive on a 2500 kg machine.
A: A short stroke leaves air in the bale, which is what the baler exists to remove.

Tell us the foam type, block or roll size, target sheet thickness and expected output per shift. We will confirm the machine configuration, quote it and share the delivery schedule. Spare blades, guide parts and remote commissioning support are available with every order.
